Summary
Refractory bricks can be used in most of heating processes. The refractoriness, strength, thermal expansion, thermal conductivity and chemical resistance are the normal factors need to be considered once we selected the refractory bricks. Other factors, i.e. sizes accuracy, lining way & combination with other materials, will affect the performance as well especially for reducing the fuel waste in the lining.
We are supplying the refractory bricks for ceramics firing processes including fired clay insulation bricks, aluminum bricks, mullite bricks, corundum bricks, bubble alumina bricks & mortar free bricks and the technical support for re-lining of both kiln car and kiln walls.
